Submission Method

Please log in the Electronic Submission System; ( .pdf only) to submit your full paper.

Authors should choose the options for publication of your paper and prepare your paper by following the specific template accordingly. We offer three options for publication as follows:

Option 1: Publication in Conference Proceedings. Submissions will be peer reviewed by conference committees, and accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be indexed by EI Compendex, Scopus, etc. The template is available HERE.

Option 2: Publication in Journal. Submissions will be reviewed by the conference committees and journal editorial board, and accepted papers will be published in the International Journal of Computer Theory and Engineering, which will be indexed by Google Scholar, Ulrich's Periodicals Directory, Crossref, ProQuest, etc. . The template is available HERE.


Option 3: For those who're NOT looking to publish their papers, it's acceptable to submit your abstracts to the conference, which will be sent to at least two techinical committees for a brief review, and it will take about 10 working days. The template is available HERE.

Please follow the format when preparing your paper. Full papers submissions should be with at least 4 pages.

Paper Page Limit

CEEIT encourages long paper submissions, thus, there is no page limit for submitted papers or any charge for extra pages.

Policy on Plagiarism

Plagiarism and self- plagiarism are strictly prohibited. Submitted papers will be checked for plagiarism. If plagiarism is discovered, the paper will be rejected or removed from the program and all authors will be reported to their affiliations.
