Registration Fees and Deadlines

Registration is required for all participants of CEEIT 2025.
 

• Early Bird Registration: Before November 5, 2025.

• Full Registration: On and After November 5, 2025

Each registration enables publication of only one paper. For authors presenting multiple papers, one registration is valid for one person.

Full Registration Includes: Welcome Reception, Keynotes&Plenaries, Technical Sessions, Coffee Breaks, Lunch, Dinner, Conference Proceedings and a gift.

Payment Method

• Online Payment system
• Bank Transfer (Details are provided in the registration form)

When the registration is fully completed and paid, each participant will receive an email of confirmation from the online payment system.
For bank transfers, Please note that a registration is considered completed and valid only when the full payment has been received on the bank account. 

* Participants without paper submissions are also welcome. Each conference attendee requires a registration. You can make the registration directly as Delegate without submission and send the filled registration form to the conference secretary. We accept delegate' onsite registration, for onsite registration delegate, the invitaiton letter will not be issued before the conference.

Refund Policy

If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
•  60 days ahead of the conference: 60% of payment refund
•  30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
•  Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund
Cancellation and refund request must be made formally via email
The losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.
The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure.

Privacy of Information Policy

Information provided by the registrant will only be used for the conference. In no way will any private information be given through, for example sale, exchange, or loan, to a third party for any reasons except as required by the prevailing law.
