Submission Method

Papers submitted to CEEIT 2025 will be peer reviewed by at least two technical program committee members or international reviewers, and accepted papers with high quality will be published into CEEIT 2025 conference proceedings, which will be submitted for indexing by EI Compendex, Scopus, etc. All accepted submissions should be presented at conference.

If you're not  looking to publish your paper, it's acceptable to submit your abstract to the conference for oral or poster presentation without publication of full paper.

Paper Page Limit

Each registration covers 5 pages of a paper. Extra pages will be charged at 50USD per page. Each papers should be with 10 pages at most.

Policy on Plagiarism

Plagiarism and self-plagiarism are strictly prohibited. Submitted papers will be checked for plagiarism. If plagiarism is discovered, the paper will be rejected or removed from the program and all authors will be reported to their affiliations.
